Pharmacological properties

SULTEPRIM® ORAL SOLUTION has a broad antibacterial spectrum of activity against most gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms, including E. coli, Salmonella spp., Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp., Shigella spp., Hemophilus spp., Pasteurella spp. and other microorganisms, such as Coccidia and Toxoplasma gondi.

Indications

• Treatment of pasteurellosis, colibacillosis, salmonellosis, staphylococcosis, coccidiosis in poultry.

• Treatment of colibacillosis, salmonellosis, pasteurellosis, and bronchopneumonia, abscesses and polyarthritis of bacterial etiology in calves, goats, lambs.

• Treatment of colibacillosis, atrophic rhinitis, salmonellosis, pasteurellosis, pleuropneumonia in pigs.

Dosage

SULTEPRIM® ORAL SOLUTION is administered by oral route, individually or by group method at the following doses:

• Poultry: with drinking water for 3-5 days in case of coccidiosis - 2 L per 1000 L of water; at other diseases 0.5-1.0 L per 1000 L of water.

• Calves, goats and lambs: with drinking water or milk replacer at a daily dose of 1-2 ml of the drug per 16 kg of bw for 5 days.

• Pigs: with drinking water at a dosage of 0.5- 1.0 L of the drug per 1000 L of water for 3-5 days.
