Dream Internship and Job at VIC Group: Young People Invited

VIC Group’s personnel management service presented employment and internship opportunities under the auspices of the project AgriCampus and Career at AGROS 2025. This unique platform was established at the expo to promote dialogue between businesses, students, young specialists and educational establishments.

The company’s experts gave a presentation for young specialists at the interactive session ‘VIC: Leadership Territory’, which was held as part of this event on 23 January.

Roksana Markaryan, personnel management and organizational development director at VIC Group, shared information on the company’s values, corporate culture, career development opportunities, events and internal training focusing on developing professional and personal skills. Roksana Markaryan announced plans to open another VIC Group production site within the Alabushevo Technopolis pharma cluster. “We are inviting young specialists with various skillsets looking for internships or jobs in manufacturing, quality assurance and laboratories.”

Tatyana Koryakova, VIC Group’s leading expert on personnel recruitment and adaptation, gave a detailed account of the internship and employment programme for students, which had been launched the year before. VIC Group is actively developing this initiative to include 20 fourth- and fifth-year students. The internship programme involves individualized development under a mentor’s guidance, involvement in solving real-world business problems and training within the company.

To conclude the event, the organizers held an interactive game, with students guessing corporate values in specific cases, and a quiz in which the participants had an opportunity to show off their animal health knowledge and answer questions about VIC Group.

Additionally, on 23 January, VIC Group took part in the Agrocampus job fair and ‘The Vet’s Trail’, a tour of corporate booths for college students from Moscow and other regions, as well as school students from agriculture classes.

“This year, VIC Group plans to cooperate with agriculture classes. The aim of this project is to prepare school pupils for entering agricultural colleges. We already work with higher educational institutions, which helps attract talent to the company, and agriculture classes have emerged as a logical continuation of this line of work,” noted Roksana Markaryan.
