VIC Group: Best Employer Among Big Veterinary Pharma Businesses

HH.ru, the biggest job search portal, has published a rating of Russia’s best employers. VIC Group was the only veterinary medicine producer to make it onto the list of the best big employers, on a par with humane companies. 

Rating participants were evaluated according to four criteria: HR process efficiency, employee engagement and loyalty, job candidate opinions and evaluations by former employees. 

“This is the first time we have taken part in Russia’s best employer rating. Recognition of the country’s top HR experts strengthens our company’s positive image with a strong name and market reputation, improves our visibility and appeal as an employer. We are improving for our employees because, thanks to their hard work, our company can set and achieve ambitious goals,” says Roksana Markaryan, personnel management and organizational development director at VIC Group. 

VIC Group is among the world’s top 21 veterinary medicine manufacturers, a Russian market leader and the biggest veterinary medicine manufacturer in the CIS. The company employs over 1,300.

The HH.ru employer rating is the biggest and most authoritative in Russia. It has been in existence for 15 years and includes employers supported annually by the votes of loyal employees and job candidates.
