VETPRIBOR CELEBRATED THE 15TH ANNIVERSARY

In the early 2000s, VIC Group was on a generally rising trend, due to the expansion of product range and sales the company faced the need to supply farms and agricultural enterprises with instruments and devices, which would facilitate in livestock and poultry rearing.

In 2003, the company established the new Division, VETPRIBOR, which started selling more than 2,000 products, beginning from needles and syringes up to sophisticated technological equipment.

P.G. Beloglazov became the first employee and the first Head of the Division. His professionalism promoted the effective development of this direction. Exclusive contracts were signed with suppliers, leading manufacturers of veterinary equipment.

Since 2011, due to the increasing number of clients and their needs, the Division has been enlarged, the product range has been optimized. One of the major achievements of the Division was customer service providing after-sales service. To date, the product range includes more than 1,000 items. The Division cooperates with 60 leading suppliers of medical and veterinary equipment in Russia and 15 exclusive partners from around the world. These companies gained the excellent reputation as manufactures of veterinary equipment.

Now, VETPRIBOR offers after-sales service to the partners. Its own service provides full consulting and technical support during the whole period of working with clients. The need for the service arose after working with Longrey. At the moment, the VETPRIBOR service is a professional team, which takes care of their customers at any time. The principal directions of the service are

• laser marking of Neoflex tags;
• after-sales service of the equipment: aerosol equipment, dosing systems, semi-automatic injection devices, disinfection machines and sprayers.

The employees of the customer service have been trained abroad, they are constantly improving their qualification at seminars organized by leading manufacturers of veterinary equipment.

In January 2018, the 15th anniversary of VETPRIBOR was held at the booth of VIC Group at the exhibition "MVC: Grain-Mixed Feed-Veterinary - 2018".

A lot of good words were addressed to the Division. P.G. Beloglazov was awarded a letter of gratitude from the directors of the company.
