VIC Group winning awards for AXION SWINE, AXION START and BRIO EGGSHELL feed additives

VIC Group won the contest "Innovations in the feed industry", held in the "MVC: Cereals - Mixing Feed - Veterinary - 2023" trade fair, and took awards for three products.

The competition sponsors honored such feed additives as:

- AXION SWINE - for increasing the milk productivity of sows,

- AXION START - to increase milk productivity of cows,

- BRIO EGGSHELL - to improve egg quality and increase productivity of laying hens.

AXION SWINE is a feed additive unparalleled in the Russian market by its composition and mode of action. Farm-scale trials of the product showed 70% decrease of metritis-mastitis-agalactia disease (MMA), increase of sows' feed intake during lactation by 12 kg and more, increase of piglets liveability during suckling period by 1,9-2,9% and increase of weaner's nest weight by 7,1%. The return on investment is 5:1.

Extracts of Baikal skullcap, contained in AXION START, reduce oxidative stress in sows, as well as the growth and development of epithelial cells of mammary glands alveoli.

AXION START is an innovative feed additive which helps increase milk productivity of cows by 900 liters or more per lactation.

International trials show the increase of milk yield by 13% compared to the control group, a more than 2-fold reduction of somatic cells. The return on investment is 12:1.

The feed additive contains plant extracts, including Baikal skullcap and vitamin C, which regulate not only lactation, but also metabolism and increase the reproductive health of cows.

BRIO EGGSHEL is a feed additive for improving egg quality which has no analogues in the Russian market due to its composition. The product contains riboflavin, pyridoxine, ziancobalamin, niacin as well as special easily digestible forms of calcium.

Farm-scale trials of BRIO EGGSHEL at Russian poultry farms show a more than 3% decrease in the incision and yield of dirty eggs. Moreover, the productivity and safety of poultry increases due to improved intestinal health. The return on investment is 4:1.
